Services for Individuals

I offer services in both the core subjects of English, maths and science, as well as in music.

Core Subjects Music

I offer tutoring in the core subjects of English, maths and science from key stage 1 up to GCSE level. This includes SATs and GCSE preparation. Depending on the needs of the child that I am working with, I can either focus on one subject or a combination of these in our sessions. Sessions last a minimum of an hour, with longer sessions available on request.

Prices:

  • Individual Session: £45 per hour
  • Paired Session (2 students): £33.75 per hour, per student
  • Small Group Session (3-4 students): £25 per hour per student

Additional subjects may be available on request.

I offer a variety of tuition and tutoring in music including:

  • GCSE music
  • A level music
  • Level 2-3 vocational courses (e.g. BTECs)
  • Clarinet
  • Saxophone
  • Music theory

For GCSE, A level and equivalent vocational courses, this involves support with the theoretical aspects of the course, and composition and performance coursework.

Tuition in clarinet, saxophone and music theory is tailored to the goals of the individual learner, which can include completion of grade exams.

Prices for GCSE, A level and music theory:

Paired and small group sessions will involve students of similar ability levels working on the same subject or instrument.

Tutoring and tuition takes place in person at my home in a purpose-built space. I hold up to date DBS and safeguarding certificates, as well as relevant insurance. Proof of these can be provided on request.
